The best infographics are those that are immediately understood without a lot of explanation and that keep the reader engaged with the subject matter. For this online editorial design, rather than making something vector or illustration based, I wanted to use materials that directly related to the content. 

In addition to the infographic, I also incorporated fiber crafting with the title art. The drop cap, underlines, and aida cloth background further reference the theme of the article. Knitting/crochet, embroidery, and cross stitch are all referenced within the art.
